Does BioGlow offer medical advice?
No. BioGlow does not provide medical advice, nor guide treatment or cure/prevent disease or illness. ALWAYS consult a qualified healthcare provider in regards to health-related regimens or questions.
Does BioGlow test research materials?

How does research access work?
The research catalog is accessible on BioGlow’s home page. Access is provided through an approval-based process to ensure appropriate use and understanding by consumers.
What should I expect after research access approval?
Once research access is approved and confirmed, materials are prepared and fulfilled according to our internal processing and handling timelines. Estimated fulfillment details are shared directly following approval.
What is your refund policy?
BioGlow is committed to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied. Research requests are reviewed individually in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Are any research materials for human use?
No. All BioGlow products are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption. BioGlow does not offer medical advice or make any medical claims to prevent, cure, or treat diseases.
How should research materials be stored?
To maintain integrity, store research materials in a cool, dry place, preferably at 2°C – 8°C (35.6°F – 46.4°F), and away from light. For long-term storage, store products in freezer at -20°C (-4°F), but avoid freezing and thawing cycles to keep stability.
What does "research-use only" mean?
BioGlow’s catalog of research materials are not approved for human or animal use and are intended solely for research and educational purposes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, BioGlow only ships within the United States. Digital downloads and education can be accessed worldwide.
